LIFT is a six months leadership development and coaching program on transformational leadership for the top management team at URSB. The participating leaders have sufficient experience and have already driven URSB to great heights. This program aims to further equip them with the skills, tools and techniques to engineer an even bigger transformation through innovation and leading the charge in making everyone at URSB a leader. This leadership development program will therefore train top management as trainers so they can effectively pass on what they have learned to their directorates and units.

Through this program, participants will be better able to lead innovations, develop leaders, nurture a high performance culture, demonstrate servant leadership qualities and transformational leadership behaviours consistently and improve the overall customer experience.

Our team of expert trainers and experienced leadership coaches have also had senior leadership experience in the public and private sector. You can rest assured that the coaches guiding you will support you to speedily improve in your leadership effectiveness. They have decades of experience in soft-skills development, adult learning and knowledge transfer.
